Angelo L. Rosa

Angelo L. Rosa, J.D., is licensed to practice law in Idaho and California; the US District Courts for the Districts of Idaho and Central, Eastern and Northern California; and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He holds a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was the recipient of the Carey McWilliams Award. He holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

His practice areas emphasize sophisticated corporate litigation as well as complex business and finance transactions. Angelo advises several energy and “green technology” companies and has served on turnaround teams for a number of start-up companies. Angelo is also a cited authority on corporate finance law and Islamic finance matters and has published several articles (both scholarly and practice-oriented) on those topics. Raised in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, Angelo speaks English, French and German and has a working knowledge of Arabic.
